I think the book is very well set out. There are lots of exercises to do on each topic/ grammar point and plenty of revision exercises which mean that the new material can really be reinforced. The only bits that are lacking are visual aids in the form of pictures - but this is probably mostly due to the 'background/ civilisation' part of the syllabus not being addressed. That aside, in terms of grammar I would choose this book over most other courses!

It's a great little book. On 20 minutes a week, I have a number of pupils who have made their first steps in the language with it. Another taught herself from it and is now up to CAS standard.
